I love my Lift bike. When the original battery died, I was relieved to see that replacements were available. I ordered two on the assumption they might not be available for long. I want to keep riding this bike. The first of the two replacement batteries worked fine. I decided recently to use the second replacement battery rather than let it sit unused. That's when I found out that my second replacement battery was dead. I have been emailing Populo with no response. I am disappointed that there is no phone number or other way to be in touch.
I'm also interested in knowing how to keep my one good battery going as long as possible.
